For the most benefit, I recommend you complete the modules in order. Modules 1 through 7 delve into the different chakras and offer tools, exercises and affirmations to help you care for and heal each chakra for wholeness. Module 8 talks about the main takeaways from the course and contains a list of books to inspire and educate.  Each week a new module will be available for you to access.
